Well, my running/fitness goals are as follows:
Lose 100 pounds (I'm working my way down from 280!)
Work my way up to half-marathon long runs
participate in the Pheddipidations Worldwide Half Marathon Challenge
Run a 5-K
Run a 10-K
Run an Official Half Marathon
Run an Official Marathon
Currently, I alternate running and walking. Unfortunately, my house is on a ridge, so every route that starts at home goes downhill, which means that every run finishes uphill. So, I drive to a flat area for my Sunday long runs.
