Well, I have been to the neighborhood pool with the kids every night this week and I believe it is sapping all my energy for my morning run.
We spent an hour and 15 minutes at the pool yesterday and I got in the water when we arrived and didn't get out until we left. I realize that this is improving my cardio, but I don't mean to avoid the morning run.
Last night, I got almost 8 hours of sleep and could not get up to run this morning. This is bummin' me out bigtime.
Weight loss update: 263 this morning, down from an alltime high of 280. A new record low! 17 pounds down and 83 to go!
