Finally, this discombobulated week of no routine, messed up schedules, too late bedtimes and excuses why I shouldn't run this morning is over. Ran the 5-miler and I feel much better.
Weight yesterday was 262, which reflects continued progress southward,but I know last night's pizza binge will be tough to overcome. Need to make today a 1500 calorie day and keep things predictable.
